FAQ
Is the $19 scan a subscription?
No. It is one payment for one resume and one job. The Job Hunt Pass is a separate $24 a month choice, and only after your report is ready. You can cancel the pass in one click.
What if I am unhappy?
If you are unhappy within 7 days of buying a $19 scan, we refund the full $19. One refund per customer.
What happens to my resume?
We send it to a third-party AI provider only to write your report. We never sell it, we never use it to train AI models, and we delete the resume, the job post, and the report files 30 days after you pay.
Which files work?
PDF or DOCX, 5 MB or smaller. A one-column file of real text reads best. Pictures of text often come out blank.
Will this get me an interview?
No tool can promise interviews. Many rejections come from people, knockout questions, or timing, not software.
